INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM

1. Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Application Form.

2. Please fill all mandatory fields carefully.

3. Candidates are advised to upload recent passport size photograph with Dimension 100(H) X 100(W) OR Less, Having any of the extension (.jpeg OR .jpg OR .gif OR.png OR .bmp).

4. Candidates are also advised to upload Signature photograph with Dimension 100(H) X 200(W) OR Less, Having any of the extension (.jpeg OR .jpg OR .gif OR .png OR .bmp).

5. Kindly note, Candidate signature image and candidate original signature should match to avoid confusion.

6. Before submitting the Application Form, kindly ensure that the form is complete in all respect.

7. After Submitting Admission form successfully applicant can view,print and download own Admission form.

8.  After Applying Online the candidate can make his/her Payment by a DEMAND DRAFT (DD) OF RS 1000/- IN FAVOUR OF NEIMS, PAYABLE AT Jorhat. Candidate must send the DEMAND DRAFT along with the Print Out copy of the APPLICATION FORM, self attested photo copies of MARKSHEETS and CERTIFICATES, 2 passport size photographs TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:
